Walk in the door to a smiling face. Jamie will work with you to get any paperwork completed , answer any questions and direct you to the appropriate treatment area. Jamie is a natural "people person" and her smiles motivate us all.

Mindy - Account Representative

Mindy is our hard working account representative. Besides scheduling your appointments, she is diligent in entering charges correctly, communicating with patients about their accounts and developing a fair and reasonable benefit estimate and/or payments plan. She has a sincere desire to do all she can to make sure our patients can and do get the treatment they need.

April - Medical Record/Insurance Clerk

You'll see April bouncing all around the office helping out when she's not working with insurance companies or managing the office medical records. She brings new meaning to the word "multi-tasking". Her ready-to-help and here-to-serve attitude makes teamwork a breeze.

Our therapy coordinator, Amber! You can just relax and rest assured you'll get the treatment and therapy you need. Got a question? Never hesitate to ask. Amber enjoys working directly with our patients. With a heart of gold, she really cares about all the patients and will be glad to answer any questions or help in any way she can. Along with assisting the all staff, she also assists the doctors with testing and treatment

Stacie serves as liaison between the patients, staff, and doctors to make sure that everything is handled above expectations and to insure that all legal guidelines, procedures and processes are followed and that each patient not only gets the most complete and thorough care possible but that all areas are addressed including any financial concerns or issues or help a patient may need in any way.
